Chris Hardie, former executive editor at the La Crosse Tribune and former president of the WNA Board of Directors, is stepping down as executive director of the Black River Area Chamber of Commerce after two and half and years to become the CEO of the 7 Rivers Alliance.
The 7 Rivers Alliance is a tri-state leadership council dedicated to regional economic growth by fostering collaboration.
