BALDWIN – Tom Stangl, publisher of The Baldwin Bulletin, announced several staffing changes this week in a column.
Longtime production manager Michelle Shilts left the newspaper to explore other opportunities, while three others have joined the staff.
Roger Bailey, a retired newspaperman from North Dakota, has been filling in as the Bulletin continues searching for an editor. Peter Hawley previously served as editor before Sentinel Publications purchased the newspaper from Tom and Peter Hawley on June 27.
Also joining the staff recently are Katie Bulera as office manager and Laura Haugen as an advertising representative.
