Marquette Law School to host release event for September poll

MILWAUKEE –  Marquette University Law School will host a discussion about the midterm elections at 12:15 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 18, as it releases the results of its September poll.

The poll surveys voter preferences in Wisconsin’s gubernatorial and U.S. senate races and, for the first time this year, looks at Wisconsin’s attorney general race. It also evaluates national and statewide issues, including opinions on the Affordable Care Act, Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, public schools and Foxconn.

Charles Franklin, professor of law and public policy and director of the Marquette Law School Poll, and Mike Gousha, distinguished fellow in law and public policy, will address these issues during the event.

A complimentary light lunch will be available.
