MILWAUKEE – In honor of the late Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reporter, the Milwaukee Bucks on Friday dedicated the Don Walker Media Center inside Fiserv Forum, the team’s new arena.
Walker, who died in 2015, had covered the early development stages of the $524 million arena. Bucks President Peter Feigin, speaking during the ceremony, said the team owed Don and the Walker family “a debt of gratitude that can never be expressed.”
Journal Sentinel Editor George Stanley said Walker “earned respect through truthful, fair reporting.”
