UW-Oshkosh professor sues to prevent records release

OSHKOSH — A UW-Oshkosh professor is suing the university and the UW System Board of Regents to prevent them from releasing records to the (Madison) Wisconsin State Journal.

The lawsuit claims the law favors nondisclosure of the records and overrides the public’s interest in the documents, the State Journal reported.
