BLAIR – City Council members on Monday named the (Whitehall) Trempealeau County Times the official newspaper of the city of Blair.
The Times reported the new designation, which comes as the future of the city’s previous official newspaper, The Blair Press, remains uncertain. The Press last published on Jan. 2, and publisher Lee Henschel died on Jan. 9.
As residents look to fill the void, the Times is extending a special offer to Blair residents for $5 off subscriptions.
