WCA is the foremost voice of county officials representing all 72 counties in Wisconsin. WCA provides services to county officials and other government entities, including lobbying, insurance programs, education, research, grant development and consulting services in order to affect public policy to the benefit of county government.
The Evjue Foundation, Inc. is the charitable arm of The Capital Times, a progressive voice for news, information and opinion for more than 94 years. William T. Evjue founded the paper in 1917 to ensure that those without the power of wealth and station would have a champion in the never-ending quest for clean and just government.
The Local Government Institute of Wisconsin, Inc. is a not-for-profit, non-partisan corporation representing all citizens of Wisconsin at the local level and created to conduct research, enhance collaboration, and educate the public and policymakers on ways to improve local government’s ability to serve the people.
